As Road Network Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we build, maintain and improve our road network while leading a team that takes pride in making a visible difference every day.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director Technical Services, this role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of Council’s road construction, maintenance and renewal programs across an extensive regional road network. You will oversee operational performance, lead a skilled workforce, manage significant resources and play a key role in delivering infrastructure that supports economic growth, community connectivity and long-term sustainability.

- Has a strong background in road construction, maintenance or civil infrastructure with the ability to turn plans into successful outcomes.

- Is an excellent communicator who can build a productive relationship with staff, contractors and the community.
- Thinks strategically while remaining hands on, making sound decisions and driving continuous improvement.
- Is committed to creating a positive safety culture.
- Brings relevant qualifications in Civil Construction, Leadership and Management or equivalent experience.
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
