Full-Time ICT Quality Assurance Engineer – Sydney NSW
About the Business
Collective Intelligence Group is an industrial technology company specialising in fleet telematics, IoT-enabled safety systems, and data intelligence solutions for industrial vehicles and equipment. The business develops and supports platforms that allow manufacturers, distributors, logistics operators, and industrial sites to monitor trucks, operators, and working environments in real time.
About the Role:
Based at Collective Intelligence Group’s Condell Park office, the ICT Quality Assurance Engineer will form part of the company’s quality assurance function, supporting the delivery of reliable software, firmware, and IoT platform releases for enterprise clients.
The role is focused on ensuring that the company’s fleet intelligence systems meet high standards of quality, performance, reliability, and data accuracy before they are deployed in industrial environments. Given the safety-critical nature of the company’s technology, the position requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and investigate quality issues that may affect client operations.
This role is suited to a QA professional who is not limited to routine test execution, but who is capable of analysing system behaviour, understanding product risks, and contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality across the business.
