Bulli Beach Cafe is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team.
Located on the stunning Bulli beachfront, we are a busy, fast-paced venue operating breakfast and lunch seven days a week, with dinner service on weekends.
About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist with staff training, rostering and daily operations
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current RSA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
