iCBR Delivery - Housing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Contract Management to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the largest ongoing contract in the ACT Government, the Total Facilities Management Agreement. Delivery - Housing is committed to preserving and maintaining social housing, ensuring tenant-focused service delivery, and achieving positive social outcomes. We work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver flexible, responsive, and high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of tenants, the HCSD Commissioner, and the industry.
What You Will Do:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Total Facilities Management Agreement.
Lead and motivate the Contract Management Team to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement. -
Maintain robust governance frameworks for performance monitoring, risk management, and reporting.

Foster collaborative relationships with the service provider and key stakeholders to ensure mutual accountability and service excellence.

Prepare high-level reports, submissions, and advice for the Executives and ACT Government forums.

Manage risk and provide early strategic advice on contractual and commercial matters.
What You Require:

Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex, and politically sensitive contracts, including compliance and performance monitoring.

Proven leadership and organisational skills in a client-focused environment, with experience driving improvement and managing change.

Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across government and community sectors.

Demonstrated commitment to ACTPS Values, Respect, Equity and Diversity, and Work Health and Safety principles.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Essential:
-
Senior-level contract management experience, including governance and performance frameworks.

Experience leading teams within a large-scale contract environment.
Highly Desirable:
-
Qualifications in Contract, Project, or Procurement Management (or equivalent).

Relevant tertiary qualifications.
