Located in the heart of Canley Heights, we feature 11 premium, individually themed private karaoke rooms, a high-end cocktail bar, and a busy restaurant serving a delicious, high-energy bar menu with distinct Asian influences.
We are all about creating unforgettable experiences with great food, premium drinks, and an incredible atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and skilled Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team and help keep the energy high and the dishes flawless.
What We Offer
- Salary Package: $70,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)

Roster & Hours
This is a full-time position with a roster that generally runs during the following times:
- Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturdays: 2:00 PM – Midnight
- Sundays: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Note: We occasionally host day functions on the weekends, which means split shifts may sometimes be required to cover these events.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently, ensuring excellent taste and presentation
- Run your station efficiently and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly met
- Assist with stock management, prep lists, and maintaining kitchen efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure fast, efficient service for both the main bar and private function rooms
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and efficiency during peak service hours
- Familiarity with Asian-influenced cuisine is highly regarded but not essential
- Flexibility to work late nights (Saturdays) and adapt to occasional weekend split shifts for day functions
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive team attitude
- Full working rights in Australia
