Responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking support
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Assist with stock rotation and storage
- Work closely with chefs and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential – training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
