We run structured, well-equipped crews across residential lawn mowing, acreage mowing and garden maintenance. Our acreage crew handles large rural, semi-rural, commercial and retirement village properties across the Central Coast, operating out of fully-equipped acreage trucks, utes and trailers with commercial-grade ride-on mowers.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking crew member to join our acreage team immediately. You will work directly alongside our Field Supervisor on large acreage properties across the Central Coast. This is physical outdoor work in all conditions — if you take pride in a job done properly and want to be part of a structured, professional team, this role is for you.
This position starts as casual with a formal review at 3 months. For the right person, permanent full-time employment is the goal.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating commercial ride-on mowers and walk-behind mowers on large acreage properties
- Whipper snipping, edging and trimming to a high standard
- Operating leaf blowers and brush cutters
- Loading and unloading the truck and trailer correctly
- Keeping the truck, trailer and equipment clean and well maintained
- Following the run schedule efficiently and professionally
- Representing Mowing & Growing to a high standard in front of clients
What We’re Looking For
- Full manual driver’s licence (P2 licence acceptable) — non-negotiable
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable, punctual and takes direction well
- Experience with ride-on mowers — an advantage but not essential
- Prior experience in lawn mowing, landscaping or outdoor maintenance — an advantage
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
