As our Business Development Manager, you will drive referral growth and strengthen relationships that reinforce Qscan’s reputation as a trusted, patient-focused imaging provider.
In this role, you will act as a professional ambassador for Qscan, working autonomously within your assigned region to build strong referrer partnerships, translate market insights into actionable strategies, and ensure a seamless, responsive experience for all referrers.
This is a permanent full-time position covering our clinics in the Brisbane South region.
What you'll do:
- Engage with Passion: Confidently communicate the value of Qscan’s diagnostic services to GPs, specialists, allied health practitioners, and other referral sources.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute territory plans aligned with business goals. Analyse referral trends and provide market insights to management and clinic leaders.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, long-term partnerships between Qscan clinic staff and referral networks to drive growth and collaboration.
- Drive Growth: Drive growth through the awareness of our new and existing services via our network of highly valued referrers.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in healthcare sales.
- Strong relationships with GPs and specialists.
- Initiative to identify territory needs and implement actionable plans.
- A track record of achieving business results through strong territory plans and relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication and objection handling skills.
- Clinical background / experience in radiology or oncology is highly advantageous.
