Job Description
The Role – Where Leadership meets Creativity
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind it all – the energy on the floor, the strategist behind the scenes, and the leader your team looks up to.
You will:

Lead with passion, presence, and personality – setting the tone for unforgettable service

Drive performance across revenue, costs, and operational excellence

Oversee daily operations across restaurant, in-room dining, and events

Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability

Ensure brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence are consistently achieved

Build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and the local community

Shape a culture where people feel motivated, supported and proud to belong
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:

Have proven experience managing food & beverage operations in a hotel environment (minimum 2 years)

Balance ideas with strong commercial acumen
