We're looking for an inspiring Design Lead to drive the creative vision across a significant womenswear portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence product direction, mentor an established design team and create collections that balance trend, commerciality and customer relevance.
Working closely with Buying, Product Development and offshore suppliers, you'll lead the end-to-end design process—from concept and seasonal direction through to final execution—ensuring every range delivers both creativity and commercial success.
You'll bring:
- Extensive womenswear design experience within a retail or branded environment.
- A strong handwriting with an exceptional eye for colour, print, fabrication and silhouette.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring designers.
- Confidence presenting concepts and seasonal direction to senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of offshore development and supplier relationships.
- A highly commercial mindset, backed by a genuine passion for fashion.
