Part-Time Dentist Position – Spring Mountain Dental
Spring Mountain Dental is seeking an experienced and caring Part-Time Dentist to join our growing team, with an immediate start available.
About the Practice
We are a busy, well-established dental clinic located within a thriving medical centre in the rapidly growing area of Springfield Central. We have a strong patient base and offer a supportive, collaborative working environment.
Position Details
- 3–4 days per week
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- 40% commission
- Potential to transition to full-time after a few months for the right candidate
- Flexible weekday/weekend availability, with Saturday availability preferred
- Supportive team environment and ongoing collaboration with the principal dentist

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Strong focus on patient care and building long-term patient relationships
- Implant and orthodontic experience preferred, but not essential
- Professional, reliable, and motivated approach to dentistry
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
