- Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontract agreements
- Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
- Coordinate procurement and tender processes
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assist with dispute resolution and contract negotiations
- Support project teams with commercial and administrative matters
- Track project progress and identify contractual risks
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per month
