Uncut Diamond is looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Studio & Client Experience Assistant to join our team in Shepparton.
This is a casual, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys customer service, takes pride in keeping a workplace clean and organised, and is happy to jump in wherever needed.
The role will initially offer approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right person.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and walk-ins
- Supporting our piercer and artists with front-of-house tasks
- Responding to and following up client enquiries
- Assisting with jewellery and retail sales
- Merchandising and keeping displays well presented
- Keeping reception, client areas and the studio clean, tidy and stocked
- General cleaning throughout the studio
- Capturing photos and short videos for social media
- General studio and administrative support as required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and professional
- Reliable and organised
- Proactive and able to notice what needs doing
- Comfortable communicating with clients in person and online
- Particular about cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable using a smartphone and social media
Previous customer service, retail, reception or similar experience would be highly regarded, but the right attitude and reliability are most important.
Tattoo or piercing experience is not required. This is a studio support position and is not a pathway to a tattoo apprenticeship.

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
