THE ROLE
We're offering a flexible part-time position at 30-40 hours per week. You'll deliver a range of advanced dermal and laser treatments, conduct thorough client consultations, and ensure every client receives personalized care and outstanding results. You'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced dermal and laser treatments including laser hair removal, IPL photofacial, skin rejuvenation, fractional resurfacing, HIFU, microneedling, chemical peels, and more
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and develop customized treatment protocols for each client
- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education and home care guidance
- Maintain accurate and professional client records and treatment documentation
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate all laser and aesthetic equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, infection control, and client confidentiality
- Build strong client relationships and encourage client retention and loyalty
- Contribute actively to team collaboration and clinic culture
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing professional development
- Achieve sales targets and promote additional services and retail products
- Ensure the treatment room and equipment are always clean, organized, and ready for use
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Science, or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Any previous experience is preferred.
- Current laser safety certification or equivalent industry accreditation
- Strong understanding of skin conditions, Fitzpatrick skin typing, and treatment contraindications
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with ability to identify client needs
- Genuine passion for skin health and delivering results
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to client safety
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused attitude
- Experience with appointment scheduling software (a bonus)
- Experience with retail sales or product knowledge (a bonus)
