What you’ll do

Strategically schedule appointments and therapy activities to optimise time and resources.

Welcome new clients, complete onboarding calls, and ensure they feel safe and valued.

Oversee invoicing, service agreements, and therapy plans with precision.

Provide day-to-day guidance to our administration team and collaborate with leadership.

Generate accurate reports, maintain documentation, and uphold professional standards.
What you’ll bring

Experience with practice management software is essential

Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Excellent time management and attention to detail

A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
