How you’ll make an impact
Brand, Creative & Social (BCS) operates as a Centre of Excellence with a matrix-style delivery model, combining strategic leadership with embedded executional support. BCS owns brand strategy, creative quality, content and social strategy, governance, and measurement — enabling portfolio teams to deliver end-to-end marketing execution efficiently and effectively within clear brand guardrails.
As the Creative Designer you will bring ideas to life through bold, on-brand creative that connects with customers and drives impact across digital, social, and print. You’ll translate briefs into compelling visual solutions, partnering closely with content and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, fit-for-channel design at pace.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Design high-impact creative across OOH, digital, social, and CRM—building scalable visual systems with strong craft
- Deliver cohesive, cross-channel campaigns in partnership with copywriters and content specialists
- Create and adapt simple motion and video assets to enhance engagement and extend static ideas
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality, production-ready outputs across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple briefs end-to-end, applying platform best practice and efficient delivery in a regulated environment
What you will bring to the team
- 7+ years experience in a Creative Designer role, with a strong focus on static design across integrated campaigns and customer communications.
- A high-quality portfolio demonstrating excellence in OOH, digital display, social, and CRM design.
- Advanced craft in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to create clear, high-impact work at speed.
- Experience translating campaign ideas into scalable visual systems across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere as secondary tools).
- Working knowledge of motion and video editing to create simple supporting assets.
- Experience working within brand guidelines in a complex or regulated environment.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs, stakeholders, and deadlines, delivering consistently high-quality outputs.
