Albert St Caffe & Bar is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Barista / All Rounder to join our growing team.
We are a busy café focused on exceptional coffee, fresh food and genuine hospitality. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, takes pride in their work and loves creating memorable experiences for every guest.
About the Role
This is a hands on position where no two days are the same. You will be involved in all aspects of café operations including:
- Preparing consistently high quality coffee and beverages Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism Taking orders and operating the POS system Delivering food and drinks to tables Assisting with opening and closing procedures Maintaining a clean, organised and well presented café Restocking displays and assisting with basic food preparation when required Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous barista experience with the ability to produce high quality coffee under pressure A friendly, positive and professional attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills The ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment Strong attention to detail and presentation Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
