We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our busy café in Narre Warren.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the café team with day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
- Food preparation and basic kitchen duties
- Serving customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Restocking supplies and keeping the café organised
- Working efficiently during busy breakfast and brunch periods
- Supporting other team members as required
About You
- 2–3 years’ café/barista experience preferred
- Good coffee-making and milk-texturing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Australian work rights required
