About the position
Our Wests Cardiff site is currently seeking casual Scullery Attendant to join our Catering team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our back of house operations in our Bistro and restaurant T-Bones.
Duties will include:

Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment

Clear and clean tables when required
- Cleaning of work areas

Assist with the set-up of service

Sweep and clean floors

Ensure appropriate disposal of waste
This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.
About you
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. With good availability throughout the week and weekends, previous experience in a similar café operations or the likes of Fast Food Chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a large team environment.
