How you will make contributions that matter
We are looking for Production Operators to join our Cobram site on a Fixed Term Contract until January 2027.
You will work 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night and gain exposure to all areas of our highly automated factory, joining around 500 colleagues on site, more than 3,000 across Australia and over 17,000 globally.
Key responsibilities include
- Operating automated production equipment
- Conducting pre-start checks and swabs to maintain a food grade environment
- Entering data into IT programs
- Basic assembly of production equipment
Housekeeping and maintaining a clean production environment

About you
- Previous experience gained in production environment
- You must be available to work a 4 on and 4 off roster, rotating between Day & Night
- The shifts will be 12 hours long from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
- Comfort using Word, email and entering data into other IT programs
- Ability to occasionally lift 15kg items
Although not essential, a forklift ticket and/or experience gained in a food grade production environment will be well regarded
