Atlas Lawyers Employment is currently seeking a motivated Employment Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1-year post-admission experience in employment law who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing legal practice.

About You
We are looking for an Employment Lawyer who has:
- A strong understanding of Australian employment law, legislation, and procedures
- Experience advising employers and/or employees on workplace matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A practical, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
- A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with sensitive workplace matters
Skills & Qualifications
- Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in employment law
- Experience across a diverse range of employment and workplace matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations
