Job Description
As an OSHC Holiday HQ Educator, you’ll work primarily at Helping Hands Coomera, giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community.
In this role, you will support the delivery of engaging, safe, and high-quality programs for primary school-aged children while acting as the Responsible Person during your rostered shifts. You must currently hold or be working towards a relevant diploma or 2-year qualification.
This role will only work Holiday HQ shifts across school holidays, block shifts 6am-6pm.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for:

Mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA

National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

A genuine love for working with children.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.

Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check.

Must have valid Australian work rights.
