We're a fast-paced, growing bakery looking for a Qualified Baker to join us on a permanent Monday Friday shift. If you take pride in your craft and have hands-on experience with commercial bakery ovens, we welcome you to our company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Baking a variety of high-quality bakery products
- Operating and managing commercial bakery ovens
- Monitoring bake quality for consistency and presentation
- Meeting daily production schedules efficiently
- Maintaining top standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Working as part of a supportive, experienced bakery team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Qualified Baker in a commercial setting
- Confidence operating commercial ovens and bakery equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in product quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Wetherill Park NSW 2164 before starting
- English language proficiency required
- Full Australian work authorisation required
