About the role
Our OSHC is located on the beautiful grounds of St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School and is open from 7am to 8:30am in the mornings and from 3pm to 6pm Monday to Friday during term time and 7am to 6pm during vacation time.

Days: Monday to Friday (Split Shifts)
Hours: Mornings: 7am to 9:00am and Afternoons: 2:00pm to 6:00pm + Administration hours =
38 hours per week
Rate: CSA $45 - $50per hour (includes retention) + Allowances + Salary Packaging + Super + Sign on bonus

Duties
- Engaging, implementing, and evaluating the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework.
- Understanding the requirements of being the Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Ensuring compliance to the National Quality Standards and the Regulations.
- Building ongoing positive relationships with the schools, families, and employees.
- Where needed take on the role of Educational Leader within the service.
- Working on administrative tasks and efficient day to day operation of the service.
Requirements
- Working with Children Check.
- Completion of CHCPRT025 "Identify & report children and young people at risk" certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid certification/CPR certification/Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Highly Desirable
- Qualifications Diploma or Cert IV in OSHC.
- Experience in working in outside school hours care.
- Skills and experience in team leadership.
- Knowledge of regulations relevant to Outside School Hours Care and the National Quality Framework – My Time Our Place, as it applies to Outside School Hours Care.
