Business Development Manager -B2B (subagent) network

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand APG's network and generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will build strategic partnerships, develop referral channels, and promote APG's services across the education, migration, and community sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
Build relationships with businesses, educational institutions, community groups, and
service providers.
Expand referral networks of university and school admissions as per assigned KPI (key
performance Indicator.
Generate business through referral network as per assigned KPI .
Represent APG at networking events and industry functions.
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare business proposals and presentations.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support overall ONSHORE agent’s referral
business target .
Candidate Profile
Preferably candidate has the working experience with B2B (subagent) network to
onboarding referral network (education agents) .
Recent graduate or early-career professional with qualifications in Business, Marketing,
Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in building professional relationships.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, education, or stakeholder engagement will be highly regarded.
