God has placed us in a richly varied community: young families in Willoughby, driven professionals in Chatswood—many from Asian and Subcontinental backgrounds—and students and singles from all walks of life in Artarmon. Within 2km of our doors live over 65,000 people, yet fewer than 10% are connected to a gospel-centered church.
Each year, we welcome hundreds of new faces—close to 300 guests—but we long to see many more drawn in, captured by grace, and built into the body of Christ. We are seeking a Youth & Membership Minister who will help people not just attend but belong—growing in conviction, connection, and contribution.
This role will help shape pathways for belonging that are clear, relational, and grace-fuelled, so that both young people and adults are transformed by Christ and mobilised for His mission.
