We are currently seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Officer to assist with the day to day operational needs of our client in Para Hills.
The ideal candidate will have a current forklift licence (if needed as a back-up), and experience in admin, accounts, and customer service. This role role will support the State Branch Manager in a large national manufacturing business.
Main Responsibilities:

Daily customer order entry and processing orders and repairs
-
General accounts payable and receivable
- Coordination of administration activities to support operational requirements

Responding to customer queries and requests as required

Weekly reconciliation of purchase orders and supplier invoices
-
Consolidating repairs, warranties, and service orders
-
Support stocktaking & cycle count activities (some forklift)
-
Recording customer queries and resolution outcomes
-
Other admin duties as directed by management
Skills and Competencies:

Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service

Proficiency with IT & systems

Current forklift licence
