ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are launching a new food delivery platform in Australia, focused on Indian restaurants. We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage backend operations remotely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the admin panel daily — check orders, system status, and fix basic issues
- Handle customer complaints via WhatsApp (templates and guidance will be provided)
- Communicate with restaurant partners regarding order delays or issues
- Send daily/weekly reports to the founder — orders, revenue, complaints
- Verify payments received through Stripe
- Keep customer and restaurant data secure and organized
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year experience with a food delivery admin panel (6amMart, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar)
- Customer support experience
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Reliable internet connection
- Basic English communication skills
- HOURS: 4 hours a day , flexible timing
- SALARY: ₹5,000-8,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: $24.95 – $47.40 per hour
