Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of our business. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, ensure orders are prepared and dispatched on time, and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and handle in-person, phone, and online inquiries professionally.
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring details are recorded and tracked.
- Liaise with the pressing team and other departments to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle customer concerns or escalations calmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Monitor order flow, ensuring all items are prepared and sent out by their deadlines.
- Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and welcoming.
- Maintain clear and open communication with management to report any issues or delays.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and order management software.
- A professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
