We're on the hunt for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee our cafe operations We want someone who will bring their passion for coffee & cafe food, warm personality & strong sense of professionalism to the team. The ideal candidate is guest focused, can oversee all aspects of cafe operations , pump out coffee, and keep a cool head in busy weekend services.
Must haves
We take a flexible approach to hiring – but we do have a few non-negotiables. These are the basics we need all candidates to bring to the table. You will:
- be comfortable managing a large cafe team within a busy venue
- have a keen eye for detail and an intuition for guest satisfaction
- have previous cafe supervisory experience
- can manage all aspects of espresso coffee production
Bonus points
We will give you bonus points for the following:
- Experience with the 7Rooms booking system, IMPOS & Microsoft Office
The details
- Must be available weekend days (inc. 6:30 AM starts)
- 16-24 hours per week
- $28-$30 base rate of pay (plus penalties, etc.)
Attitude & passion
At the end of the day experience is important to us – but is not a deal breaker. We believe that passion, attitude and a desire to learn are just as important as your last workplace.
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
