About the role:
Deliver client-focused recruitment services, providing accurate, timely advice on recruitment, selection, policies, procedures and best practice.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, vacancy processing, candidate correspondence, letters of offer and recruitment documentation.
Ensure compliance with Queensland Health legislation, directives, policies and recruitment standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, completing data entry, analysing information and producing reports to support informed decision-making.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and delivering high-quality recruitment support and procedural guidance to managers and stakeholders.
About you:
Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices, with the ability to quickly learn relevant legislation, policies and Queensland Health recruitment processes; alongside a relevant qualification would be desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to delivering professional, client-focused service.
Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet performance targets.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,382 p.m. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
