Position:
We are seeking highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant qualification to come and join our team as the Full-time Project Administrators.
Skills and Experience:
- Plans and undertakes the administration of organisational programs, special projects, and support services.
- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and services.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, projects, and services.
- Manage documentation and administrative tasks linked to projects and contracts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, owners, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide advice to senior management on key matters and implement their directives.
- Supervise contractor activities and report on changes or variations to work orders.
- Prepare, assess, and present submissions and reports on organisational activities.
- Gather, evaluate, and report on project-related data and outcomes.
- Review office accommodation needs and coordinate new arrangements.
Qualification
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma
OR
- At least one year of relevant experience
Remuneration
