O Chicken Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail food business, ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, sales performance and operational efficiency.
Position: Retail Manager (Full-time, 38 Hours per week)
Location: Liverpool, NSW 2170
Salary:$80,000 per annum plus 12.5% superannuation
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the retail business;
* Planning and implementing sales, marketing and promotional activities;
* Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for management;
* Managing stock control, purchasing and inventory levels;
* Recruiting, training and supervising staff members;
* Managing staff rosters and performance;
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements;
* Maintaining high standards of customer service;
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints;
* Managing budgets, costs and operational procedures to maximise business performance.
Skills and Experience
* Relevant qualification and at least one year of relevant management experience;
* Strong leadership and communication skills;
* Ability to manage staff and daily business operations effectively;
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
* Experience in the hospitality or retail food industry will be highly regarded.
Employment Conditions
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $80,000 per annum plus 12.5% superannuation.
