The opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised Works Coordinator to join our Skilltech team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the connection between our technicians, customers and clients—ensuring work is scheduled efficiently, issues are resolved quickly and contractual commitments are delivered on time.

What you'll do
- Coordinate daily schedules and work allocations for field technicians
- Liaise with customers, clients and operational teams to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Monitor work orders and manage scheduling changes where required
- Investigate and resolve operational issues to minimise disruptions
- Support contract performance and KPI delivery
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
- Provide high-quality administrative support to operational teams

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
