Since 1901, Ferguson Plarre has been fueling Victoria with premium cakes, award-winning pastries, and great service. Our Niddrie store is looking for high-energy, enthusiastic Café All-Rounders to join our friendly team!
If you love the smell of fresh coffee, enjoy making people smile, and are looking to build valuable skills, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Serving up sweet treats and taking custom cake orders with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Coffee & Beverage Service: Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages (barista experience is highly regarded, but we will train the right person!).
- Store Presentation: Maintaining a sparkling clean environment and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Teamwork: Keeping things running smoothly alongside a fast, supportive, and efficient crew.

- Candidate: Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn the ropes of retail and hospitality.
- Availability: Flexible and available to work a mix of weekdays (mornings/afternoons/after school) and weekends.
