The MHDA Project Manager for Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) is an exciting opportunity to assist with the post transition of the mental health service now it is under the governance of NSW Health. There is scope for innovative, creative and adaptive thinking to design and lead projects that meet the needs of the staff and local community.

What you'll be doing
The MHDA Project Manager – Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) Mental Health Service provides strategic leadership and oversight of complex transformation initiatives associated with service delivery at NBH, including the integration and optimisation of post transition to public services NSLHD MHDA service interfaces.
The role is responsible for leading district-level change, transformation and service redesign across acute, community and mental health services at NBH (including CYMHS and D&A services), ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with NSW Health priorities.
Operating in a highly complex environment, the position ensures effective collaboration between NSLHD, MHDA and the NBH Executive, and key system partners to enable:
