About the Opportunity:
The Contract Administrator is a core commercial role within the Maas Construct project team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of subcontract packages and project cost reporting. Working under the guidance of the Senior Contract Administrator, you will manage subcontract letting, variations, and monthly cost reporting across assigned trade packages, contributing directly to the commercial performance of the project.
About You:

3+ years previous experience in contract administration within the building or construction industry.

Working knowledge of construction contract forms and subcontract administration processes

Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction management platforms

Willingness to work on project sites as required

Strong attention to detail, organisation and documentation skills.

Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across project teams.
