What you'll be doing
As a Ward Clerk, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support that keeps ward operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Deliver timely and accurate administrative support to clinical teams
Manage patient data, records and systems (e.g. iPIMS, SYNAPTIX)
Provide front-line customer service to patients, families and visitors
Maintain ward documentation, supplies, and patient property processes
Coordinate communication and support workflow across multidisciplinary teams
