The Opportunity:
Corrs’ Commercial Litigation team is one of Australia's leading disputes practices, advising on complex, high-value commercial disputes across a range of sectors.
As an Associate, you will work closely with partner Josh Paffey, as well as the broader national Commercial Litigation team. You will gain exposure to technically challenging disputes while developing strong client relationships and building deep expertise in complex commercial litigation matters.
Josh is recognised as a leading commercial litigation practitioner, advising on energy transition projects, significant mining, oil and gas projects (internationally and domestically) and complex commercial litigation and international arbitration.
This role offers exposure to some of the most significant commercial disputes in the Australian market, direct client engagement, exceptional mentoring and the opportunity to build your career within one of Australia's premier commercial litigation practices
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking talented lawyers who combine strong technical capability with commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in dispute resolution and commercial litigation.
Ideally, you will have:
- Approximately 3–4 years' post-admission experience
- Experience gained at a leading Australian, international or specialist disputes or litigation practice
- Experience advising on commercial litigation, disputes, or arbitration matters
- Experience managing aspects of complex matters and working directly with clients
