The role:
- Location: Keysborough
- Hours: Approx. 10 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP or flexible
What you'll be doing:
- Uploading products to our website with descriptions and images
- Packing and sending online orders
- Replying to customer emails in a friendly, professional way
What we're looking for:
- Strong written English
- Good computer skills
- Organised, reliable, and a quick learner
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is a bonus, but not required!
- Students welcome — we're happy to work around your study schedule
