Disability Support Workers Needed – Western Melbourne Locations including Altona, Braybrook, Kingsville

Wellnest Support Services is currently seeking one compassionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a male participant in his mid-50s who is living with his partner.
The successful applicants will be committed to supporting the participant’s independence, dignity, safety and personal goals while providing consistent and respectful assistance within her home and community.
Mandatory requirements:
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Working with Children Check
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module
✔ Infection Control Certificate
✔ Current First Aid and CPR certification
✔ National Police Check
✔ Valid driver’s licence
✔ Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
✔ Reliable and registered vehicle

Pay: $26.44 – $42.11 per hour
