Certificate III -Qualified Early Childhood Educator – Permanent Full-Time

This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week.

Key Expectations, Skills, and Experience: As a successful applicant, you must:
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
- Be prepared to work full-time 38 hours per week, between the operational hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.
- Possess a current valid Working with Children Blue Card and have no prior child safety issues
- Possess full working rights
- Hold current CPR, First Aid / Anaphylaxis, Safe Sleep, Child Safety Training
- Pass the Negative Search / Prohibited Persons search and hold validated qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Have experience in child-led play aligned with a play-based pedagogy
- Be a dedicated team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Bring fun, laughter, and joy to your team and children's day
Annual salary: AUD $64,160.72 to $68,468.40 plus superannuation, based on 38 hours per week.
Little Wishes ELC Carina are currently approved for the Worker Retention Grant. This is in addition to the Award.
