Experienced Sales Consultant (in-home)

About the Company
Nu Style Shutters specializes in home improvement products such as roller shutters, outdoor and indoor blinds, security doors/window screens, and louvre shutters. With over 20 years of experience, the company has helped Perth families enhance their homes. The business is fast growing and looking for a dynamic sales consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-house consultations: Conduct consultations and create quotations using the company’s pricing system for clients across the Perth Metro area.
- Building rapport: Develop quick relationships with potential clients and maintain a strong product knowledge.
- Lead management: Leads are generated and scheduled internally. The consultant will confirm appointments and follow up on quotes.
- Administration: Daily administrative duties, including following up on quotes.
Requirements:
- Must have a Minimum 2 years’ experience of Residential in-house sales, with strong presentation, negotiating and closing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- As a sub-contractor you must have your own Company set up including GST and all Insurances and Liabilities.
Benefits:
- Business within a business: High commissions with earnings between $150,000 to $180,000 in the first year (It is a commission based earning only and has no base salary).
