About the role
Pick N Go Vending Pty Ltd is seeking dependable, proactive casual Vending Machine Filler to join our South East Queensland operations.
This role involves servicing and restocking vending machines, with early starts from 5:00am, Wednesday to Friday. The position offers approximately 20–25 hours per week, depending on operational requirements.
You will work with a high level of autonomy and be responsible for maintaining service standards, ensuring product accuracy and presentation, and delivering a positive customer experience.
As the business continues to grow, there will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to progress into a full-time position.
This role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You'll be trusted to accurately pick products, replenish vending machines, maintain our service standards, and ensure every delivery meets our quality expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to a positive experience for our clients and the people who use our vending services.

What you'll be doing
- Picking and preparing products for vending machine run
- Restocking the vending machines with a variety of snacks, drinks and other products
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of the vending machines to ensure they operate correctly
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and service standards
- Responding to service calls and troubleshooting minor machine issues
- Providing friendly and professional service to our clients and end users
- Supporting warehouse and general operational tasks as required, including the collection of stock
- Adhering to all health, safety and operational procedures

- Confident working autonomously while also collaborating effectively when required
- Practical mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn basic vending machine maintenance
- Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to safely lift, move, and restock products
- Previous experience in vending machine servicing or stock replenishment is highly regarded.

To be successful in this engagement, you will:
- Hold a full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Have minimum 3 years’ driving experience, with confidence operating a commercial van
- Have unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia
- Hold, or be willing to obtain prior to commencement, a National Police Check
- Be a clear and attentive communicator with good listening skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, while liaising effectively with others as required
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and personal accountability
- Be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and take pride in delivering quality service
- Be available Wednesday to Fridays
- Be able to start work at 5:00am, Wednesday to Friday.
