We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and reliable Female Support Worker to provide care for a participant in Cannington who is bed-bound and requires a high standard of support.

About the Role
This position involves providing high-quality, person-centred support, including:
- Personal care
- Hoist transfers
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Community and emotional support where appropriate
- Accurate documentation and progress notes
We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident working with participants who have complex support needs
- Committed to delivering respectful, person-centred care
Requirements
- Hoist experience is highly desirable.
- If you don't have hoist experience but are willing to learn, we're happy to provide hoist training for the right candidate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Excellent communication skills
