As Australia's leading manufacturer and distributor of premium aluminium products and systems, we're seeking a Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join our Ipswich team. This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, administration and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing orders, providing product information and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Capral's Building Systems Group (BSG) specialises in the development, testing and distribution of proprietary architectural window, door, framing and home improvement systems. Working closely with fabricators, architects and industry professionals, BSG provides specification support, design expertise and tested aluminium solutions for a broad range of commercial and residential projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately entering sales orders into our system
- Responding to phone and internal enquiries
- Providing quotes, lead times, and order status updates
- Vetting orders for accuracy and feasibility
- Track detailed material movements from quotation stage through to delivery in full
- Coordinate customer issues and follow up with corrective actions, maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Processing credit claims and applying credit policies
- Offering technical and product support over the phone
About You:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
- Previous experience in a similar internal customer service or admin coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer literacy and attention to detail
- Articulate, professional and friendly telephone manner
- Exceptional co-ordination skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Focussed approach to follow up tasks
- Strong proactive problem-solving skills, decision-making, and analytical skills
- A good attitude to workplace safety and reliability
