Nobel Realtors is a growing boutique real estate agency specialising in Brisbane's inner-west. We are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving outstanding results through professionalism, integrity and personalised service.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Sales Associate to work alongside our Principal, supporting the sales process from appraisal through to settlement while helping grow the business through prospecting and exceptional customer service.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years' residential real estate sales experience who is confident managing buyers, vendors and campaigns with minimal supervision.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Principal across all aspects of residential sales including:
- Conducting buyer inspections and open homes
- Managing buyer enquiries and follow-up
- Prospecting for new business and nurturing leads
- Preparing market appraisals and listing presentations
- Assisting with listing appointments and vendor communication
- Negotiating offers and assisting through to settlement
- Coordinating campaigns with the administration and marketing team
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and prospecting activity
- Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential real estate sales
- Current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson or Full Licence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building ability
- Professional presentation and high attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the Brisbane residential market
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
