A Shop Supervisor manages the daily operations of a shop or service business such as a car wash, retail store, café, or detailing centre. The role focuses on staff supervision, customer service, sales, and smooth business operations.
Main Duties
Supervise staff and daily work activities
Open and close the shop
Handle customer complaints and enquiries
Monitor staff performance and attendance
Manage cash register and daily sales reports
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Check stock levels and order supplies
Train new employees
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Prepare work schedules and shifts
Support the manager with operational tasks
