About the Role: Horsell is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead and grow our Integrated Logistics Support capability while supporting the successful delivery of Defence projects and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
Support expertise with leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with Defence and industry clients.
Working closely with Defence and industry clients, industry partners and the Horsell leadership team, you'll lead Integrated Logistics Support activities across multiple projects, mentor consultants, support business development initiatives and help strengthen Horsell's Integrated Logistics Support capability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Integrated Logistics Support activities across Defence capability acquisition and sustainment projects.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Defence and industry clients, prime contractors and key stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Apply your knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support and Technical Publications to develop practical, sustainable support system solutions.
- Mentor and develop consultants while contributing to the continued growth of Horsell's Integrated Logistics Support capability.
- Support proposal development, business development activities and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Horsell professionally and contribute to strengthening our reputation as a trusted Integrated Logistics Support partner.

Essential

Demonstrated experience delivering Integrated Logistics Support within the Australian Defence environment.
- Strong understanding of Defence capability acquisition and sustainment.
- Proven experience leading Integrated Logistics Support activities across multiple projects.
- Sound understanding of Technical Publications and how they integrate into the broader support system.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Experience working with Defence prime contractors.
