We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our team. This role is primarily based at our Carnegie store, with the flexibility to work across our Elsternwick store when required.

As a Retail Team Member, you'll provide exceptional customer service while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming store.
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Delivering outstanding customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the POS and processing customer transactions
Restocking products and maintaining store presentation
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Working collaboratively with the team during busy periods
Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded
Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
A team player with a strong work ethic
Applicants must have full flexibility to work across all days and shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
You must also be happy to work across both our Carnegie and Elsternwick stores when needed.
